Refund Policy

Refunds for payments made to US Immigration Group (“UIG”) are governed by the terms and conditions outlined in each client’s Retainer Agreement or Legal Services Agreement.

All fees, retainers, and payments are applied toward the legal services described in the signed agreement between the client and UIG. Once legal services have commenced or case preparation has begun, payments are generally non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the governing agreement.

Clients are encouraged to carefully review their Retainer or Legal Services Agreement for specific refund terms, including any conditions for partial refunds, termination, or withdrawal of representation.

Each refund request will be reviewed in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable state and federal laws.
